KWC is now part of the HANSA group, whatever that means, but I do know that I don't trust KWC any longer. I have purchased numerous dispensers in my lifetime, particularly the less expensive ones at the local harware stores and have never had problems, yet this company sells an expensive product that they know has a fatal flaw and has continued.
